The Supreme Council has confirmed the appointment of Sir Chris Sta Brigida-Kopp, KCR, as Deputy Area Commander for the Kingdom of the Netherlands for Rizalian Year 2026–2027.
Sir Chris previously served with distinction as Chapter Commander of Amsterdam, where his tenure was marked by resilient leadership, steadfast commitment, and dedicated service during challenging and transformative periods for the Chapter. His ability to lead with perseverance, clarity, and integrity strengthened unity and ensured continuity within the Knights of Rizal.
In recognition of his exemplary service and unwavering dedication, Sir Chris was awarded the Distinguished Service Medal (DSM) during his term as Chapter Commander. His appointment as Deputy Area Commander reflects the deep confidence placed in his experience, character, and continued devotion to the ideals of the Order.
